Rock out in your living room

Is our way of fundraising for the NHS. We’ve been hugely inspired by Captain Tom (walking a 100 laps around his garden) , Joe Wicks streaming free exercise classes on youtube to virtual choirs and orchestras and many more people.

Steve and I both work in schools teaching each week and we wanted to somehow use our teaching skills to help raise money.

My idea was to do an online jam each week with some of our students for fun playing rock songs, to keep the kids entertained!
Then I had a light bulb moment and we decided to offer this band workshop for free to as many young people as we could .
These workshops are aimed at young people aged 6-12 (year 2 -year 6)

Here’s how it will work:

We will choose a new song each week to rock out in our living room. This will be posted in advance on our this weeks song page.
For the first week our private students who would like to be featured in a video, would need to practice the song and then film themselves playing singing etc rocking out in your living room. Send that footage to us so we can cut it together.
Every Thursday 2pm we will stream our band workshop on youtube so kids can join and most importantly rock out in their living room!
Every Friday we will put out a new collage style video on our site. Featuring your young rock stars, If you'd like to submit your rock star check out the page you rock!
